1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the basa8 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting features, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and basa8. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• Single account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active basa8 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• Mental capacity: You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when making financial decisions on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To participate in any real-money games or sports betting on basa8, you must register a verified account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for account termination.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share login credentials with any third party.
• Notify basa8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure all contact details remain up to date, including your registered mobile number and email address.

KYC Verification

basa8 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including national ID, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

basa8 supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and beyond.

Deposit Policy

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others. Visa and Mastercard may also be supported.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days, subject to KYC verification status and applicable wagering requirement completion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
• basa8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal. Unusual or high-value transactions may be subject to enhanced review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

basa8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Only one welcome bonus per new player, per household, per device, or per IP address is permitted.
• basa8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of promotional offers — including collusion, bonus stacking, or arbitrage strategies — will result in account action and forfeiture of associated funds.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant offer. Unused free spins cannot be carried forward or exchanged.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of the basa8 platform and protect all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to process illegally obtained funds, engaging in transaction layering, or any other activity designed to obscure the origins of money.
• Collusion and match fixing: Conspiring with other players, agents, or any third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sporting event results.
• Automated bots and software: Using any automated scripts, betting bots, artificial intelligence tools, or unauthorized third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims through your payment provider after deposits have been credited and wagered on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the basa8 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, icons, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of basa8 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
